- 4 cups cold water
- Ginger root (approximately 1 inch, thinly sliced)
- Cinnamon powder: 1 tsp

- Lemons: 2 whole
- Boil water in a clean pot.
- Add ginger slices, simmering on low heat until the ginger is soft.
- Turn off heat and let the pot cool, then add all other ingredients.
